Your devices
Which headsets or phones you have, how many, and whether you use ManageXR, ArborXR or Meta Horizon managed services.
Your assets
CAD (STEP), BIM (IFC), existing 3D models, 360 video or photos. A list is fine at this stage.
Learners and timing
Roughly how many people need the training, and when you need a first version running.
