How billing works

Active device
A headset, phone or browser session that opens a published scene at least once in the billing month. Devices that sit in a drawer don't count.
Overage
Going over your device limit costs $6 per extra active device per month. We email you before it happens.
Published scene
A scene that learners can open. Drafts and archived versions are unlimited on every plan.
Not included
Headsets and third-party MDM licenses such as ManageXR or ArborXR are billed by those vendors. Meta Horizon managed services licenses are now free from Meta.

Custom builds

Want us to build the digital twin, the 3D scene or the virtual showroom? Custom work is quoted per project, separately from your plan.

Pricing questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Studio and Team include a 14-day trial with full features. No card is needed to start.

How do you bill?

Monthly by card, or annually by card or invoice. Paying annually costs the price of 10 months.

What if we upgrade mid-cycle?

Upgrades take effect right away and are prorated for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades apply at the next renewal.

Can we cancel?

Yes, at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the paid period, and you can export scenes, assets and learner records before it ends. See our refund policy for details.

Do you offer education or nonprofit pricing?

Yes. Email us with details about your organization and we will send a discounted quote.
